There hasn’t been a single social media trend from which Yuzvendra Chahal has stayed away. Amid the pandemic, the leg-spinner has notched up his social media activity to a new high. He has kept his fans busy by sharing several hilarious photos and videos in the past couple of months.

Yuzvendra Chahal, on many occasions, has crashed Instagram live session of Indian cricketers as well as Bollywood actors. Along with making his presence felt in the comments section of others, Chahal is also known for his hilarious banter with India’s limited-overs deputy Rohit Sharma. Both Chahal and Rohit have often pulled each other’s leg on social media.

Chahal continued the trend as he did not miss the opportunity to troll Rohit. Chahal player shared a hilarious picture of the female version of the Mumbai Indians skipper. “So cute u looking Rohitaaaaaa Sharammaaaaa bhaiya @ImRo45,” Chahal captioned the hilarious picture.

Rohit and Chahal have often been involved in banter

A few days ago, the duo was also involved in a rib-tickling banter. “Kapde ke andar tu hai ya kapda tere andar hai” (You are inside the cloth or the cloth is inside you?),” Rohit had commented on Chahal’s picture on Instagram. Many fans were left in splits by Rohit’s hilarious comment on the picture. However, the leg-spinner was ready with a befitting reply under his sleeve.

“Jaise iss lockdown mein aapke cheeks bahar aarahe hai mujhe kapdo ke andar he rahne doh (The way your cheeks are coming out in this lockdown, let me stay inside the clothes only) cutiepie rohitaaa sharmaaa,” Chahal responded by taking a sly dig at Rohit’s cheeks.

Rohit and Chahal were set to don the jersey of their respective franchises– Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore– in the thirteenth edition of the IPL. However, due to the postponement of the tournament, players are currently keeping themselves fit at home before the cricketing action resumes. Amid these stern times, players have no other choice but to spend their time home with their loved ones.

There’s no certainty over the commencement of the IPL. However, reports have suggested that the cash-rich tournament will be hosted in the September-October window if the T20 World Cup in Australia gets postponed further.
