Pat Cummins shares 'a few magic moments' from his wedding day with Becky Boston

A month has passed since the Test captain of the Australian side Pat Cummins tied knots with his long time partner Becky Boston at Chateau Du Soleil in Byron Bay. Since then, Becky Boston shared a lot of pictures of their family but on Tuesday, she shared a wholesome video of her getting married to the Aussie captain which caught the eyes of a lot of followers.

“A few magic moments,” is what she wrote on her social media handle while sharing the adorable video. The same video was also shared by Cummins on his official IG account. The pair dated each other for quite some time before deciding to get married. They were blessed with a baby boy before their wedding, named Albie Boston Cummins, on the 12th of October 2021. He was spotted in the video as well.

Pat Cummins is one of the candidates to lead Australia in ODI cricket

As Aaron Finch decided to retire from ODI cricket, few candidates are currently favourite to take up the role. Former captain Steve Smith is one of them but his form in ODI cricket is currently under the scanner. David Warner, the other candidate who’s likely to lead, is still not clear to lead the team. He is currently banned to lead any Australian side following his ball-tampering scandal in South Africa.

That leaves only Pat Cummins. The Test captain can be given the opportunity but he believes it to be unrealistic at the moment. He is not someone who plays a lot of ODI cricket as the pacer missed 28 of the last 66 matches that Australia played in the 50-over format of white-ball cricket.

“I think if you were going to do all the formats and every game, I don't think that's realistic. Especially as a fast bowler, I think you do need to find windows to rest. But I think you can manage that as well. It's not something I have really thought about. I am really happy with captaining the Test side.. I don't think they need to rush into any decision,” said the speedster at Kayo's cricket launch.
