Former Pakistan speedster Shoaib Akhtar was nothing less than a menace for batsmen while he was in his prime. The sight of Akhtar running in and delivering thunderbolts sent shivers down the spines of even the best batsmen in the world. Akhtar is regarded as one of the fastest bowlers to have ever graced the game as he rattled batsmen with his frightening pace.

But off the field, Akhtar has a totally different personality. The ex-cricketer loves to have fun and has made a name for himself with his humorous way of talking. Akhtar is a big hit among the fans even after retiring due to his YouTube channel. His views and opinions are widely appreciated even in India. Akhtar, meanwhile, once again showed the softer side of his personality with a heartwarming post on Twitter.

The tearaway pacer took to the social media platform to share a photo with his second child. Akhtar became the father for the second time in July this year. Akhtar, who had entered wedlock in 2014, became a father for the first time on November 7, 2016. His first son was named Mohammad Mikaeel Ali. Coming to his latest tweet, Akhtar said that he cannot get enough of his second boy.

And it was enough for veteran spinner Harbhajan Singh to troll him. The India star blessed the child as well and congratulated Akhtar before making a hilarious comment to leave the fans in splits. Harbhajan hilariously said that Akhtar’s speed has still not decreased, writing, “God bless him❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️..congratulations @shoaib100mph speed kam nahi hui brother..”

‘India the boss’

Shoaib Akhtar, meanwhile, recently heaped praise on India after their thumping win over Bangladesh in the third T20I. India had thrashed the Tigers by 30 runs to win the series 2-1. Following the game, Akhtar had said India proved themselves as the boss and also praised the visitors for the fight they showed.

“India proved who is the boss in the match, they lost the first match against Bangladesh, but then when Rohit Sharma returned in second T20I to play a long innings, he’s a great talent, can score any time,” Akhtar said on his latest YouTube video.

“In the third T20I we expected it to be a good contest, though it was one, India came out as a much better side and hat’s off to Bangladesh,” he added.
