SRH pacer Khaleel Ahmed pranks fans by posting two contrasting pictures

Social media is a powerful tool. And, it can make things viral in no time. And, when celebrities play some pranks, it surely grabs the attention. Recently, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) pacer Khaleel Ahmed decided to play a prank on his fans.

Khaleel first posted a picture of his on Instagram, where he can be seen with a lot of beard. But then, he also posted a second picture of his as well, where he was seen clean shaven. And, this led to a lot of chatter amongst the fans.

Then, Khaleel revealed that he had played a prank on his followers. At the time of writing, the post has garnered close to 33000 Likes.

Khaleel Ahmed had an ordinary start to IPL 2021

As far as his performances on the field are concerned, Khaleel Ahmed experienced a very ordinary start to his 2021 IPL campaign. The left arm seamer could pick up only 4 wickets in the 5 matches that he played in the 14th IPL season. He also leaked runs at an economy rate of more than 8 runs an over, and averaged 41.00 with the ball as well.

Also, Khaleel Ahmed went wicket less in 3 out of the 5 matches that he played for the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) franchise this year. Khaleel Ahmed has featured in 22 IPL matches and has scalped 31 wickets at an excellent strike rate of 16.16.

He has also represented the Indian side in 11 ODIs and 14 T20Is as well. While he has picked up 15 wickets in ODI cricket, he has also prized out 13 batsmen in the T20I format as well.

The 2021 edition of the IPL was suspended due to the Covid-19 pandemic and will restart once again in the month of September. The Delhi Capitals were placed at top place in the points table, having emerged victorious in 6 out of the 8 matches that they had contested in.

The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) side was occupying the last place in the points table when the tournament was suspended. The ‘Orange Army’ had won just one out of the 7 matches that they had featured in.
