Sunil Grover to host a new show during the IPL 2018

Sunil Grover, who previously was a co-star of the topmost comedy series ‘Comedy Nights with Kapil Sharma‘ is planning to host a new show during the IPL. ‘Dan Dana Dan’ is the name of the show that Sunil Grover will be hosting. It will be a one-of-a-kind show bringing together comedy and cricket.

It is reported that Ali Asgar, Suyyash Rai and Big Boss 11 winner Shilpa Shinde are all set to join hands together for the series. According to sources, there will also be cricketers will take part in the show. They’ll be seen having fun conversations on the show which would be a treat for the fans. ‘Dan Dana Dan’ would be organized by the creative heads of ‘Comedy Nights with Kapil Sharma’ and ‘The Family Time with Kapil Sharma’, Preeti and Neeti Simoes.

Treat for the Chennai Super Kings fans

Also, according to the sources, Sunil Grover had lately done the pilot shoot with the Chennai Super Kings in Chennai. It is believed that MS Dhoni and Harbhajan Singh took part in the shoot together. ‘Dan Dana Dan’ will be targeting to get the maximum viewership during the IPL.

IPL will begin from April 7th and will go all the way up to May 27th. In India, where cricket and cinema are the two religions, the fans would love to see both the platforms come together. The show will also reportedly feature the actors discussing the matches. They will be seen highlighting humorous moments from the tournament. Comedians Paresh Ganatra and Suresh Menon will also make appearances. It is expected that the show will air on the Jio TV app every Friday-Sunday evening during the IPL matches.
