After a comfortable 4-0 win in the unofficial ODI series against the English counties, Australia A look forward to the 2-match unofficial Test series starting on Sunday. In the first of the two games, the visiting team will face Sussex in Arundel. Australia A is set to miss Peter Handscomb during the series as the keeper-batsman got included into the Australia World Cup squad as a replacement for Shaun Marsh.

The Luke Wells-led Sussex team did not name a strong squad for this fixture as they would have wanted. The likes of Chris Jordan, Ollie Robinson, Ben Brown and David Wiese have been rested keeping their workloads in mind. Stiaan van Zyl is currently recovering from elbow injury while Pakistan pacer Mir Hamza gained full fitness and will feature in this match. Hamza missed Sussex’s previous four matches due to a back issue.
