The ongoing ICC T20 World Cup has been entertaining to say the least. The games, however, have been topsy-turvy. While we saw a few high-scoring matches, the rest were low-scoring due to the slow pitches on offer. While Australia have been superb, South Africa aren’t too far behind. However, it is England from Group 1 who have been unstoppable. The Brits are yet to lose a game in the tournament so far.

When we speak about the second group, Pakistan have looked unbeatable. However, who are the players who have been at their best in the second week of the Super 12? Today we shall be taking a look at the best XI of Super 12 Week 2 T20 World Cup 2021. For this, the games which took place from October 30 to November 5 have been considered.

Here’s the Best XI of Super 12 Week 2:

Jos Buttler has well and truly been the boss of the second week of the Super 12. He has terrorized the opposition bowlers so far. It wouldn’t be an overstatement to say that he has been hitting the big shots for fun.

He annihilated the Aussie bowlers as he went on to score 71 runs. The astonishing part is that he took just 32 balls to get these runs. In the process, he also ended up scoring the then fastest fifty of the tournament taking only 25 deliveries to get to his half-century.

This knock included 5 boundaries and 5 sixes. He then scored an unbeaten 101 against Sri Lanka and the knock consisted of 6 fours and as many maximums.
