IPL 2020 Schedule: Teams, Dates, Venues, Time Table
- The much-awaited 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is finally going ahead.
- The BCCI confirmed earlier this year that the tournament will commence on September 19 and will go on until November 10.
- Even after all the confirmation, the schedule was yet to be released and alas, the apex board in India has managed to finalised it, with the defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) facing the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the opening game in Abu Dhabi.

Bob Willis Trophy 2020: Pacer suspended after placing hand sanitizer on the ball
- Australia-born England’s first-class cricketer Mitch Claydon is accused of using hand sanitizer on the ball during the Bob Willis Trophy 2020 in the match between Sussex and Middlesex last month.
- Following the accusations, the all-rounder has been suspended from the upcoming matches and will be allowed to play only when the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) complete their investigation.
- Mitch had joined Sussex County Cricket Club at the end of the last season after breaking his association with his previous team Kent.

- The pacer’s life ban for his alleged actions in the spot-fixing scandal in the 2013 Indian Premier League has now been reduced by BCCI ombudsman Justice (Retd DK Jain) to seven years after the Supreme Court of India ordered so in the same process.
