'Happy birthday Mr. 360' - Wishes pour in on Suryakumar Yadav's 32nd birthday

Suryakumar Yadav has become one of the important batters in the T20I setup for India at the moment. Coming through the ranks in the IPL, Suryakumar first played for the Kolkata Knight Riders as a finisher in 2014 down the order. He went on to make runs consistently in the lower middle order until Mumbai Indians snapped him up again in 2018.  

Since then, Suryakumar has played different roles from opening the batting to playing difficult knocks in the middle order in IPL. After years of consistent work in the domestic cricket, Suryakumar finally broke into the Indian team in 2021, and since, then he has been a revelation in international cricket.  

The right-hander recently scored his maiden T20I century against a full-strength England side at their own backyard. He reached the No. 2 position in T20I rankings for batters recently, and his ability to play a lot of unorthodox shots make him quite dangerous.  

With an average of close to 40 and a strike rate of above 173, Suryakumar has defenitely been India's best T20I batter for more than a year now. His shot making has been of the highest order and he will have a big role to play in the upcoming T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia.

The right-hander turned 32 today, and cricketers around the world, stepped in to wish him on the occassion.
