Indian limited overs skipper MS Dhoni is arguably one of the finest finishers in modern day cricket. However, he was subjected to some criticism after the first T20I against West Indies at Florida on 27th August, as he failed to take his side over the line.

Team India needed 2 runs to win off the final ball with Dhoni on the strike, every Indian fan expected the captain cool to win it for them but he was dismissed by Dwayne Brave as India lost by a run.

As expected he was trending on Twitter, as some of the fans criticized MS Dhoni for the loss and some others defended him after what happened. However, the fans need to understand how difficult it can be to pull it off each time. In a pressure situation, he missed his timing as he failed to pick the slower delivery from Bravo who is undoubtedly one of the best death bowlers.

Meanwhile, KL Rahul was the key in India’s chase as he remained unbeaten on 110 and also became the third batsman after Suresh Raina and Rohit Sharma to score centuries in all three formats of the game for India.
