The last league match of the Road Safety Word Series was as exciting as it could be. With a spot in the semifinals on the line, both teams gave their best in this game. The West Indies Legends won a last ball thriller to become the final team to enter the semifinals. After a strong performance in their initial games, England lost their last three matches to lose out on a semifinals spot.

West Indies Legends won a very important toss and decided to bowl first. The England openers got their team off to a brilliant start as their scoreboard read 56-0 at the end of the powerplay. After nine overs they had managed 81 runs without losing any wicket. For the 10th over Dwayne Smith was brought into the attack and his golden arm did wonders for the Caribbean side.
