Sanjay Manjrekar’s commentary has come under the severe scanner in the ongoing World Cup. Social media is all about removing him from the commentary box. Not many are liking the former Indian cricketer’s commentary and have accused him of being biased. Moreover, Manjrekar taking a dig at Ravindra Jadeja has not gone well with the many including the cricketer himself. Jadeja lashed out at him over the same and termed his commentary as ‘verbal diarrhoea’.

Ravindra Jadeja is yet to play a game in the World Cup but has contributed more than enough in the field. His fielding is one of the many plusses and Jason Roy’s catch in the England clash tops it all. Many former cricketers are more often than not in awe of Jadeja’s fielding skills. Unfortunately, though the left-hander hasn’t made it to the playing XI of the team due to certain combinations coming into the equation.

But Jadeja has given his more than 100% on the field whenever he has fielded as a player’s substitute. However, in an interview recently, Sanjay Manjrekar called him a kind of ‘bits and pieces’ player and also went on to say that he is not a fan of such cricketers referring to Ravindra Jadeja.

Jaddu’s outburst

Ravindra Jadeja wasn’t impressed by any means with the 53-year-old and slammed Sanjay Manjrekar on his official Twitter account. The all-rounder reminded Manjrekar that he has already played twice the matches the former cricketer played in his entire career and is still playing. Moreover, he also took a dig at Manjrekar’s commentary terming it as verbal diarrhoea.

“Still I have played twice the number of matches you have played and I m still playing. Learn to respect ppl who have achieved.i have heard enough of your verbal diarrhoea.@sanjaymanjrekar,” Jaddu tweeted.

Ever since then, the Twitterati has been trolling Sanjay Manjrekar and has supported Jadeja for his comments. While many are having fun over this serious banter, few felt Jadeja was absolutely spot on with his response.
