The recent ball-tampering scandal in the Test series between Australia and South Africa shook the cricketing world completely. Cricket Australia (CA) came down hard at the trio of Steve Smith, David Warner and Cameron Bancroft and banned them for a significant period from the game of cricket. Another major fallout of the scandal was the coach of the team Darren Lehmann who resigned from the position and cleared that he won’t continue with the side after the conclusion of the series against South Africa.

The incident happened during the third day’s play at Newlands when Bancroft was caught on cameras rubbing the ball using a sandapaper and was further seen hiding it in his pants. Later, Smith accepted that it was the part of the plan in the press conference which followed the severe outrage from Australian fans and cricketing fraternity. Even the families of the cricketers had to face a lot of abuse and the way Steve Smith broke down while confronting the media proved to what extent he was regretting his actions.

Fans continue to have fun

Recently, a video surfaced on Facebook trolling the Australian cricket team calling them ‘cheats’ and was also shared by the former England player Kevin Pietersen. Interestingly, the song was made by the Australians only as the outrage continued to follow. However, even the Indian fans are not behind in humour and have released a new video which recalls a famous scene from the historic Bollywood film ‘Sholay’.

The official Facebook page of ‘Follow your Sport’ has found a sensational humour over the incident and have posted the hilarious video. In the video, it could be seen that Ricky Ponting could be seen teaching the lesson to the three involved cricketers in the scandal. The most hilarious thing though is the way the other cricketers like Virat Kohli, Ben Stokes, Joe Root are shown enjoying the same.
