Team India skipper Virat Kohli is hitting the practice sessions hard as he prepares to lead the national side for the title defense in the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy 2017. Kohli has had a lean run in the Indian Premier League this season. Leading the Royal Challengers Bangalore, Kohli failed to be in the same kind of form that had seen him reign supreme in the last edition of the tournament.

His team finished at the bottom of the points table. Needless to say, he was a disappointed man. Despite this, the fans kept cheering the RCB team and their beloved skipper Virat Kohli. Kohli, a very modest person in his own might, recently thanked his fans for all the support that they have showered on him in the recent times. His fan base seems to be on an ever increasing spree.

The newest of additions to his fan base was cute little daughter of former South African cricketer Jonty Rhodes. India Rhodes, Jonty’s daughter, was seen looking in awe at a Virat Kohli picture recently. The former South African cricketer took very little time to capture the moment and share it on the social media with the fans. Jonty Rhodes, who is associated with the Mumbai Indians franchise as their fielding coach, tweeted the picture with a caption.

He wrote, “It would seem that @imVkohli has another fan- not that we blame India Rhodes @pumacricket @mipaltan.”

And Kohli’s reply

Virat Kohli was also very quick to adore the little fan. He responded back to the tweet and called India Rhodes as ‘cuteness overload’. He wrote, “@JontyRhodes8 #IndiaRhodes Cuteness overload! Wonder what she’s carrying in that little bag? ? @pumacricket”.
