Veteran cricketer Harbhajan Singh is never short of creating some form of impact or the other on social media. Recently, the Turbanator questioned why Ravichandran Ashwin will not get a chance to return to white-ball cricket. And now, it is one of his Instagram posts showing him with former India cricketer Yuvraj Singh which has stolen the headlines. In fact, the clip has left people in splits and among them are India captain Virat Kohli and limited-overs vice-captain Rohit Sharma.

The clip showed Harbhajan and Yuvraj taking part in a talk show ‘Yaaron Ki Baraat’ where one will show the other aboard mentioning a word. The holder of the board himself doesn’t know what is there written on it and his partner has to give him clues for him to get the right word.

Yuvraj, in this case, was holding the board that had “ganna” (sugarcane) mentioned on it. It was Harbhajan’s turn to make him understand it and he gestured at Yuvraj by shaking his hands and asking: “Kheti mein kya hota hain (What’s there in the field)?”

Yuvraj, who still plays franchise cricket, countered with a hand gesture which is considered indecent and that left all the four men on the stage (the two cricketers were accompanied with presenters Riteish Deshmukh and Sajid Khan) as well as the audience in splits.

Harbhajan asks back Yuvraj what was he meaning with that hand gesture and then burst into laughter

While posting the video, the 39-year-old off-spinner asked jokingly, “Yeh kaisi kheti hai mere sher” and tagged Yuvraj Singh.

Harbhajan and Yuvraj have been comrades in many of India’s memorable battles on the ground and were also part of the World Cup-winning squads of 2007 and 2011 led by Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

Here’s how Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma responded

Kohli later reacted to the joke with a series of laughing face emojis. Meanwhile, Sharma remained to wonder why he was uttering “kheti” all the time. Kohli and Rohit duo will be back on the field when Eden Gardens hosts the day-night Test.
