Virat Kohli shares an emotional video of his journey from an aspirant to Indian skipper

Indian skipper across all formats Virat Kohli is at the top of his game at the moment. He is batting like the best batsman in the world, the team is performing exceptionally under his leadership and he has been able to inspire young boys with his own hard work and efforts. But it was not the same from the very beginning.

He had the dream of playing cricket for Team India since he was a kid, his father backed him up and soon Virat was cruising his way through age-group level cricket to make a mark for himself. He was batting for Delhi in a domestic game and the destroying news of the demise of his father reached him. It is a popular story how he completed his duty for the team and then went home for the last rights of his father.

Such has been his hunger and love for the game. From that day to today he has made a huge transition. He is now the captain of the Indian team and is looked up to as someone who will carry forward the rich history of Indian cricket leading the team to glory in the years to come. Virat faced the toughest of times, beat all that to be at the level he is now.
