The cricketers in India are treated like Gods by their fans. Cricket is a religion in India and one can understand it as  they have produced some of the greatest players over the years. After Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli has carried forward the legacy of scoring runs in abundance with amazing consistency. Not many would be disliking him and the superstars of Indian cricket as they bring laurels to the country more often than not. But if there are any who doesn’t like them, then Virat Kohli has a stern message to those fans.

Kohli, recently turned 30, and also launched an application with his name on the special occasion. In one of the videos which has possibly gone viral through his app itself and is doing rounds in social media, the Indian captain could be seen replying to the mean comments by the fans.

In one such comment, one of the Indian fans clearly stated that he doesn’t like Kohli’s batting and instead will prefer watching the Australian or England batsmen play. “He is an overrated batsman. Nothing seems special in his batting. I enjoy watching English and Australian batsman more than these Indians,” the fan wrote which certainly must have left Virat disappointed.

Virat’s suggestion

Virat Kohli had a wry smile on his face after reading the comment and suggested the fan to leave in Australia or England only instead of staying in India and not liking its cricketers. “I don’t think you should live in India. Go and live somewhere else. Why are you living in our country and loving other countries? I don’t mind you not liking me. I don’t think you should live in our country and like other’s thing. Get your priorities sorted,” he responded to the fan’s comment.

Kohli is currently taking rest after shattering records in the ODI series against the Windies. He will next be seen in the action in Australia where the Men in Blue are scheduled to play 3 T20Is, 4 Tests and three One-Day Internationals.
