Former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag is one of the most active celebrities on the social media. Time and again, Sehwag ensures that he interacts with his fans on the social media. In the recent times, the former cricketer has been making the headlines for his funny and witty tweets. Recently, Sehwag gave his fans yet another chance to ask questions to him.

He asked his fans to do so by using the hashtag of ‘AskViru’ on micro blogging site. As expected, the fans came in huge numbers to throw down questions at Virender Sehwag. Also, it came as no surprise to see most of the questions being based on the cricketing world. Among the many questions that the fans asked, one particular question from a fan seemed to be making quite a big headline.

Sehwag, who is renowned for his outspoken nature and for his witty predictions, was asked to predict the number of ODI centuries Indian captain Virat Kohli will end up scoring in his career. Sehwag pulled out the Nostradamus from within to come up with a crisp response. He remarked that Virat Kohli will end up scoring as many as 62 centuries in the ODI format of the game.

Well, if the words of Virender Sehwag do come true, then Virat Kohli will certainly go down as the greatest ODI cricketer of all time. Currently, former Indian cricketer and Sehwag’s opening partner in his playing days, Sachin Tendulkar holds the record for most number of  ODI centuries. Sachin has 49 ODI centuries to his name. And Virat Kohli seems to be chasing the number with utmost ease.

Virat Kohli recently mustered his 35th ODI ton during the Centurion ODI against South Africa. The century from Kohli came in the run chase that saw the Indian side register a comfortable 8 wicket win in the match. Also, team India sealed the series 5-1 with the win. This was India’s first ever series win on the South African soil.
