The newly-wed power couple of the celebrity town, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, recently met the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi. The couple met the PMO India on Wednesday evening (December 20). Soon after their meeting, the official social media handle of the PMO India posted pictures on the micro blogging site of their meeting.

In the pictures, a very happy couple, Virushka, are seen all smiles. Narendra Modi congratulated the couple on their wedding. Incidentally, Anushka and Virat had visited the Prime Minister to invite him for their wedding reception. The newly wed couple is all set to host their wedding reception in New Delhi on December 21. Whether Narendra Modi finds time to make a visit to Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma on the day, remains to be seen.

For now, all obligations have been fulfilled. The meeting was done and dusted and one would have expected the episode to end just there. But how could that have been possible? The social media did not let this opportunity go by any chance. They grabbed their chance to come up with trolls and memes based on the meeting pictures that had gone viral.

The fans came up with innovative trolls that are sure to tickle the funny bone of any viewer. There were a few who mocked the BJP politician who had called Virat Kohli as anti-national in their memes. Then there were a few, who took a subtle dig at the comments made at Narendra Modi citing his complexion change due to imported mushrooms.

The butt of all jokes became the Aadhar card linking and the KYC. In the recent times, the citizens of India have been struggling to get their official documents linked to their national identity the Aadhar card. Hence, the fans did not leave Kohli and Anushka for the matter either and trolled them citing they had visited Modi to link their Aadhars!
