Hampshire had a disaster of a season in the T20 Blast 2018. Out of 14 games, they only managed to win two and were fortunate enough not to finish last on the points table as two of their games were washed out. The start of the 2019 season hasn’t been as great either as their encounter against Sussex was abandoned without a ball bowled. In their next game, the team will be playing Kent, who had a contrasting, dream season in 2018.

However, the side bowed out in the quarterfinal game bringing an end to all the dreams and expectations. Things might get quite hectic for them right at the start of T20 Blast 2019 as they will be playing matches on back-to-back days. While Hampshire will look to get back to the winning ways, Kent will want to make as much progress as possible early in the tournament.

The inform Kent team are expected to register their second consecutive win.
