Hardik Pandya is in a middle of a great IPL season for Mumbai Indians and is one of the reasons behind the franchise’s five successive wins. As a result, Mumbai is on the top of the points table with 10 points to their credit. While Pandya’s numbers this year aren’t imposing, it is the timing of his performances which have been outstanding. He has managed to score 96 runs in 6 innings so far this year but hasn’t been dismissed once.
Pandya has played the finishing role to perfection and has hit the long ball whenever required as his strike rate of 240 suggests. He has hit 8 sixes so far which means that half of his runs have come in sixes. He has been decent with the ball picking wickets or containing runs at crucial junctures been the highlight of his performance this year.
The Baroda lad is known for his style quotient. Recently, he posted a video on his Instagram account in response to a similar video updated by India all-round Ravindra Jadeja a few days ago. Jadeja had said that since all India cricketers are sporting a beard these days, everyone looks the same in the changing room. The 28-year old then revealed his new look, which left Kohli in splits when he first saw the left-arm spinner on the field.
Pandya, through his video, revealed his ‘cool’ new look and captioned the video as ‘Jaddu, this one’s for you. We have got no dressing room confusions now.’
