The recently concluded Test series between Pakistan and West Indies was an eventful outing for both the teams. The series may have been completely dominated by the Pakistanis but there were individual brilliances from both the sides. Sharjeel Khan’s scintillating form in the limited overs series, Azhar Ali and Devendra Bishoo’s stellar performances in the first Pink ball Test and West Indies’ consolatory win the final Test were some of the enjoyable highlights of the tour.

The third Test, in particular, was stunning in many ways. First of all, no one predicted West Indies to come back from a string of losses and win the last game. Pakistan’s batting once again looked fragile while Windies finally learnt how to deal with the Pakistan bowling attack. Things ended well and in a good competitive spirit eventually.

But, despite the players from both the sides, it seemed weren’t done and decided to give fans one last fun moment to enjoy before they boarded the planes to their home. As the third Test wrapped up, both players did the normal congratulatory routine and shook hands. But, just when players from both the teams arrived and assembled together in the ground, they decided to have a sprint between West Indian batsman Jermaine Blackwood and Pakistani fast bowler Sohail Khan. Everyone seemed excited!

Blackwood and Sohail took the mark with Younis khan standing as the referee. The whistle was blown and both the cricketers soon took off. Blackwood took an immediate lead and completed the race ahead of the burly Sohail, who was left behind by a good margin at the finish.
