Team India took a 2-1 lead in 5 match ODI series after registering a solid victory in the 3rd ODI against New Zealand at Mohali. Once again chase master Virat Kohli was the star of the show. Virat’s 154 off 134 balls was the highest score by any batsman at IS Bindra stadium Mohali. Cricket fans were pleasantly surprised when Dhoni walked in at No.4. The Kohli-Dhoni duo shared 151 run-stand in a memorable run chase. MS Dhoni, in particular, had a match to remember as he broke many records. He became the first wicket keeper to effect 150 stumpings,  brought up 9000 ODI runs and went past Sachin Tendulkar in the list of most sixes in ODI cricket, thus becoming the Indian batsman with most ODI sixes.

As the Indian team and the visitors Black Caps landed in Ranchi for the 4th and penultimate One Day game on Monday afternoon, the crowd went berserk after seeing superstars MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli. A video went viral on social media which shows MS Dhoni is seen driving his Hummer at the Ranchi airport as Ross Taylor and Tom Latham from New Zealand team bus are seeing the funny side of it. MS Dhoni, being the hometown hero playing a match in Ranchi, it is expected that we will get to see a jam-packed stadium when teams take the field for the 4th ODI. MS Dhoni has never lost a match at Ranchi as a captain.

India have retained the same squad for remaining two ODIs so they are expected to go with the same team.
