The wait has finally come to an end after the much-anticipated teaser of the ‘MS Dhoni – The Untold Story’ was released today just before the start of the World T20 encounter between India and New Zealand at the Vidarbha Cricket Association, Nagpur.

MS Dhoni fans were eagerly waiting for this day to come. The 48-second teaser of the film which is set to narrate the story of a man who began as an ordinary ticket collector to become one of the most charismatic cricketing figures India has ever seen. The anticipation had began to build ever since the day news of the biopic had been broken by the lead actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who portrays the roles of MS Dhoni, on Twitter.

The teaser poster of ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’ already had generated immense curiosity among the fans. Sushant Singh Rajput seems to be perfectly fitting into the character of ‘Mahi’. The teaser begins intriguingly with ‘MS Dhoni’ reporting for the duty at the Kharagpur railway station standing in the middle of the rush of the crowd. The scene gives a clear glimpse of the struggles MS Dhoni went through before winning over the heart of India.

Sushant Singh Rajput was already at Nagpur for the release of the film’s teaser which was released by Start Sports. The actor has put a lot of efforts to pay the role. From MS Dhoni’s hairstyle to his famous helicopter shot, the actor has made sure he perfects every aspect.

Apart from Sushant, the rest of the cast include Kiara Advani playing Sakshi Dhoni, Anupam Kher playing the role of his father Pan Singh. Fawad Khan and Shreyas Talpade also have significant roles. The film directed by the brilliant Neeraj Pandey and produced by Fox Stars Studios is set to release on September 2, 2016.
