It’s not a surprise that boredom has struck many people during the coronavirus pandemic globally. The world is under a lockdown, so is India until May 3. Though the condition in the Asian country isn’t as grave like the United States, Italy or Spain, it hasn’t curbed down panic buying by any means. The coronavirus cases have been going up and the death tolls aren’t slowing down either.

The cricketers are also busy spending their time at home with their family. However, they are also making sure to stay active on social media platforms. Through platforms like Twitter and Instagram, they have been sharing videos from their daily chores and interacting with the fans. Recently, Virat Kohli shared a video where his wife Anushka Sharma was seen, giving him a stylish hair-cut.

Kapil Dev goes bald

Yuzvendra Chahal has been making videos on tik-tok. Even Sachin Tendulkar uploaded pictures where he was seen, trimming his won hair. Recently, Kapil Dev, the former Indian captain, also had something share. The veteran, known as the Haryana Hurricane, posted a picture of his bald look.

His head was completely shaved and the picture went viral on the social media. In the meantime, Anupam Kher, the renowned Bollywood actor, welcomed Dev to the bald club. Kher, who also sports a bald head, reckons that there are two types of men in the world- Baldies and Future Baldies.

He took to Twitter and wrote, “So my dear friend @therealkapildev has also gone bald, fashionably also referred as “shaved”. I have always said that there are two kinds of men in this world – Baldies and Future Baldies. Welcome to the club Sir!! गंजो की महफ़िल में आपका “बालों रहित” स्वागत है।”

Kapil Dev was India’s World Cup winning skipper back in 1983, beating the West Indies in the final. The victory was against all the odds and it changed the face of cricket in India. After 37 years following the heist, a movie, named ’83’, based of him and the Indian team is set to release. Ranveer Singh will be playing the captain’s role supported by other prominent names.
