Navdeep Saini was the standout performer on his T20I debut.

India began the 3-match T20I series against the Windies with a comfortable win in the first game as expected. However, the unexpected thing here was only 194 runs being scored across 37.2 overs bowled in the match. The CBR Park Stadium in Lauderhill is known for producing high-scoring games including the 2016 T20I between these two sides that nearly aggregated 500 runs.
Washington Sundar bowled the first over of the game and picked up the wicket of John Campbell with the 2nd ball itself. Not many would have expected that Sundar would walk out to bat and finish off the chase by smashing a six at that point of time. Kieron Pollard, who has often struggled with the bat against India in T20Is, top-scored for his team with a 49-run knock which came off 49 balls.

Pitch Condition/Report:
The new pitch prepared for this series turned out to be sticky as it was used for the first time this season. As a result, both the teams struggled with their stroke-play. However, with the game played under the bright sun, there is a chance of the pitch getting dried by Sunday morning. At least 300 runs could be seen scored by both sides on Sunday.

Expert Advice:
Despite struggling with the bat, none of the sides are expected to make changes. KL Rahul might be warming the bench again as Shikhar Dhawan needs more game time as he just recovered from an injury. If India wants to go with an extra batsman, Ravindra Jadeja or Khaleel Ahmed could find the axe. Washington Sundar had a tough game with the bat among all the six Indian bowlers. However, Sundar is necessary due to the left-handers in the Windies XI.
Probable Winners:
India is expected to win one more match and seal the T20I series with a game still to be played.
