Young Bloods – 10 Possible Legends of the Upcoming Era: The world has known about the game of cricket for about 100 years now and in every era, there have been players who have had huge impact over the game. Right from Sir Don Bradman to players like AB de Villiers and Virat Kohli in the new age, the world has witnessed cricketing geniuses who not only make a big name for themselves, but also have an ever-lasting influence on the game. So as it is said in a Hindi proverb, what the child would be in his future becomes evident from his early days in the cradle; in a similar way how big a player one can become can be guessed by the very early periods of his playing days.

Here we have come up with a list of 10 young cricketers below 25 years of age who show immense potential and can worthily be the flag-bearers of their respective team’s success in future.

So here are the Young Bloods – 10 Possible Legends of the Upcoming Era.

Son of renowned test cricketer Geoff Marsh and brother of the batting-beauty Shaun Marsh, Mitchell, made his debut in national-level cricket at a young age of 17 and he subsequently became the youngest player ever in an Australian domestic one-day game. In July last year playing against India-A, Marsh scored 211 runs batting seventh and set up the world’s second best partnership accumulating 371 runs with Sam Whiteman. Mitch also comes more than handy in bowling. He earned serious acclaim for bowling when he scalped down 5 wickets for 33 runs in the second match of ICC World cup 2015 against England. Till now, he has scored 6 half-centuries in the 30 ODI matches he has played and has already managed to gain attention from the whole cricket fraternity for beginning to show the signs of being a complete all-rounder.
