Casteism is an unacceptable fact. No one likes to be stereotyped because of their appearance, name or religion. It’s a problem that seems to have no solution as few people refuse to mend their rigid attitude. While commoners face this issue quite often, the celebrities and famous personalities, whose lives seems to be very attractive to us, also become a center of such issues.
A recent example of it can be the manner in which Hazel Keech was treated by some Piyush Sharma of Western Union in Jaipur. The actress has slammed the employee on Twitter for being racist towards her by refusing money just because her name didn’t sound ‘Hindu’ enough.
Cricketer Yuvraj Singh was left fuming on Tuesday after this incident involving his fiancee.
Reacting to this ridiculous behaviour, Hazel tweeted, “Mr. Peeyush Sharma @WesternUnion in Jaipur is the most racist person I’ve met and refused to give money because my name is not “Hindu” enough.”

Yuvraj Singh might not be currently a part of the national team but he is currently busy leading his India Red in the Duleep Trophy. After beating India Green comfortably, his team is now playing against the India Red at Greater Noida. The match has been a rain curtailed affair so far with only 62 overs been possible over the course of two day’s play.

In the previous match, the veteran all-rounder did not have good outing personally scoring just 4 and 10 in the first game. But, his captaincy skills looked good as his team registered a massive 219 runs win over the Indian Green side.
