Besides his heroics over the 22 yards, Yuzvendra Chahal is also known for his cheeky sense of humour and antics on social media. The leg-spinner frequently shares intriguing pictures and videos to keep his fans entertained.  His meme game is pretty strong as well. That was evident in his latest post on Twitter. The veteran leg-spinner shared a picture of him posing in snow of Kashmir.

While it may look like a regular picture at the first sight, Chahal tried to recreate his famous ‘chilling’ pose from the 2019 ODI World Cup in England. For the unversed, the leggie wasn’t in the playing XI for India’s fixture against Sri Lanka in the gala competition. Hence, he was spotted carrying drinks onto the field several times.

One of his pictures also went viral in which Chahal is chilling beside the boundary ropes with his sunglasses on. The picture ignited a meme fest on Twitter as netizens showcased their creativity and used the snap in different contexts. Chahal now has once again reminded fans about his popular snap. “It’s my vibe #favpose,” he wrote while sharing the snap on the microblogging website.

The comment section got flooded in no time as fans went in nostalgia and praised the spinner’s sense of humour. On the work front, the leggie was last in India’s T20I series against New Zealand which the Men in Blue won 3-0. However, the leg-spinner played just one game in that series as the likes of Axar Patel and Ravichandran Ashwin were preferred ahead of him.

Chahal would currently be gearing up for the three-match ODI series against South Africa next month. The leg-spinner will definitely have a point to prove as he shockingly wasn’t selected in India’s squad for the T20 World Cup 2021. While he returned for New Zealand T20Is, he couldn’t find a place in India’s first-choice XI.

Given his record in the 50-over format, Chahal is pretty certain to travel to South Africa. However, he’s no more a certain starter in India’s playing XI. Meanwhile, the 31-year-old hasn’t been retained by Royal Challengers Bangalore ahead of IPL 2022. Hence, he’ll either get picked by one of the two new franchises or will land in the auction pool.
