Former Indian pacer, Zaheer Khan turned 40 on 7 October 2018. To make this moment special, the left-arm pacer flew to the Maldives along with wife Sagarika Ghatge, a Bollywood actress, to celebrate his birthday. Furthermore, his friends and family members were present at the venue to make the event more graceful and to make the party more enjoyable.
The location for the party was truly blissful with the ocean by the side and some great people for company. Also, Zaheer Khan’s former teammates, Yuvraj Singh, Ashish Nehra, and Ajit Agarkar joined Zaheer to make the moments memorable. While Yuvraj’s wife Hazel Keech and Agarkar’s wife Fatema joined the party, Nehra’s wife Rushma had to miss out on the fun.
The couple spent almost a week at the JA Manafaru Hotel Resort, one of the best hotels in the island nations. Apparently, the ‘gang’ was involved in a lot of water sports. These included scuba diving, banana boating, jet skiing, and many others.
Zaheer Khan retired from all forms of international cricket in 2015. He got hitched to Sagarika on 23 November 2017. They are one of the most loved and adorable Cricket-Bollywood couples. It is the first time that Zaheer is celebrating his birthday after marriage and it indeed turned out to be a special one.
