Zaheer Khan has been one of the finest bowlers to have played for India. He was a role model for an entire generation of pacers in the country. Zaheer set very high standards on the field. Now the former left-arm pacer is making the news yet again. However, this time the news is not because of his on-field commitments but for his off-field ones.
As per the media reports, Zaheer Khan is dating Sagarika Ghatge of Chak de India fame. The Bollywood actress was seen portraying a key role in the superhit movie. She was one of the protagonists and had played the role of Preeti Sabharwal in the movie. Interestingly, she had a relationship with a cricketer in the movie too.
Now, as the reports have surfaced in the media, she is dating one of the legends of Indian cricket – Zaheer Khan. He was accompanied by Sagarika in the wedding ceremony of Yuvraj Singh and Hazel Keech. Pictures of them being together at the ceremony started floating the internet soon after.
With his charming looks, Zaheer had the girls drooling over him. The female fan following made him one of the most sought after bachelors in the country. Now, with Yuvraj Singh tying the knot with Hazel Keech, Zaheer is perhaps the only one from Yuvi’s friend circle to remain unmarried. The former Indian cricketer had his link-ups in the past but is yet to cross the isle of bachelorhood.
Zaheer was previously linked up with model Isha Sharvani. The two dated each other for a brief while before parting ways. Apparently, the connection between Zak and Sagarika is bonding well with time. Whether the wedding bells ring for him sometime soon or not, remains an untold story, though. However, Indian batsman Rohit Sharma had clearly indicated that the players are keenly waiting for Zaheer to get hitched.
Rohit Sharma recently attended Yuvi’s wedding ceremony and was quick to take a picture with Yuvraj. He was even quicker in citing that Zaheer is the next man now. In a very cheeky tweet, Rohit Sharma posted the picture and mentioned the same. He wrote, “Brotherman down! Best wishes to my older brother @YUVSTRONG12 ! All eyes on @ImZaheer now.”

Sagarika also posted a picture of herself with Zaheer at Yuvi’s wedding. She posted the picture on her official Instagram handle.
