India’s no one choice for wicketkeeping Rishabh Pant has been on wheels for a very long time and rest is the need of the hour for him. The fact that India can afford to rest him by fetching young Ishan Kishan gives them a sigh of relief.

Kishan has performed well for the team in the limited chances he has got in the international setup so far. It clearly seems he is hungry for big scores and the final T20I would be the perfect time for him to carry up with his flurry of runs.

Though Pant hit the winning shots in both the T20Is that have taken place in the series, his total contribution with the bat was not very impressive, and hence, it’s just the right time for Jharkhand player to take over.
