The Indian Cricket Team came into the T20 World Cup 2021 as favorites. But, things went haywire as they failed to win the first two games of the tournament. This performance has attracted hate, criticism from the fans on various social media platforms.

While it is not justified to spread hate, captain Kohli has stood up for his boys. Maybe, it is the bio bubble fatigue that has got the better of them. Apart from that, there were a few blunders committed by the management.

The 2016 World Cup was full of entertainment. With Virat Kohli taking everything on his way down, Team India was the team to beat. They did look unstoppable after their defeat against New Zealand.

After a solid victory over Australia, they faced the eventual champions West Indies. The stage was set at Wankhede with the fans roaring. Because of Kohli’s superb innings, India posted 192. But, things were not secure as unforced errors meant India lost the game.

Just at the start of the innings, Jasprit Bumrah dismissed Chris Gayle in the first over. Later on, Ravi Ashwin dismissed Lendl Simmons for just 18. But, replays showed that the spinner had overstepped. If this was not enough, Hardik Pandya overstepped as well, resulting in another lifeline for Simmons.
