5. Cheteshwar Pujara (32 years)

Playing for the Saurashtra in the domestic circuit, Pujara has bagged a tag of a typical Test cricketer who can bat-all-day with sheer class and passion. The 32 -year-old got the International call back in 2010 against Australia. Bringing an attitude of patience and calmness into the side, the batting dynamo scored a gritty 72 in the second innings of his debut match which helped India to register a clinical victory.
Out of 77 appearances in Test cricket, Pujara has mustered 5804 runs at a stunning average of 48.7. Playing to the merit of the leather, his best performance came against the three lions in 2012 wherein he scored a massive 206 runs. Eventually, the terrific red-ball cricketer is expected to raise his hands in the overs-restrictive format of the game in the days to come.
Currently, he is preparing himself to start from where he left against Australia in 2018. It will be exciting to see Pujara take guards and leaving the right balls in the Test series which is set to hit the floors from 17th December in Adelaide.
