A few years back, Dhoni was pretty active on Twitter. He wasn’t shy to tweet what was on his mind.

3. Predicts Rohit Sharma’s 250
Rohit Sharma has become a master of getting big scores. No other batsman in the history of the game has more than one double century in ODI cricket. But Rohit has three himself. The first one came against Australia in Bengaluru in 2013 and MS Dhoni was at the non-striker’s end when he brought up his double ton.
Exactly a year later, it was Sri Lanka’s turn to face the wrath of Rohit’s blade. He became the first batsman to hit two double tons in ODIs and scored a record-shattering 264. He just batted on and on and on. In his 173-ball knock, the Mumbaikar smoked 33 fours and 9 sixes.
One interesting fact about this knock was the Dhoni predicted it on Twitter. Around about when Rohit Sharma had just completed his double ton, Dhoni tweeted about it. He was rested for the series but hadn’t stopped following the game. Hence, he tweeted, “If Rohit doesn’t get out he will certainly get 250 today.”
