Rashid Khan lit up the bowling charts ever since he made his International debut in 2015. The leg-spinner slowly pilled on records and is on his way to stamp his authority in world cricket at the age of 20. During the 2019 CWC Qualifiers this year, Rashid became the fastest player to bag 100 wickets in ODI cricket.

He bettered the existing record of Australia’s Mitchell Starc by eight matches. Rashid took only 44 ODIs for 100 wickets in the format while Starc needed 52. He is also the joint 2nd fastest for completing 50 wickets in the T20I format.

The leggie needed 31 matches for this milestone same as Imran Tahir and stands behind only Ajantha Mendis (26 T20Is). In terms of time taken for reaching 50 T20I wickets, Rashid leads the list having taken only 2 years and 220 days from the debut.
