The Eagles team which defeated the Sussex cricket club in the super over back in 2009 changed their name to Knights later. They were again part of a super over which witnessed a team scoring zero in the one-over eliminator. This super over took place during the Ram Slam T20 challenge back in 2015 when the game between Knights and Warriors resulted in a tie.

It was a rain-affected six-over match between the two sides and batting first, Warriors scored 81 runs as Colin Ingram scored 52 runs off 21 balls with 5 fours and 4 sixes. Chasing the huge target, Knights got a bad start but managed to score as many as the runs Warriors scored in the previous innings taking the match to the super over.

In the one-over eliminator, Andrew Birch bowled for Warriors and took two Knights’ wickets off the first two balls of the super over. Later Colin Ingram scored a four over the square boundary and won the match for his side. He was awarded as the Man of the Match that night.
