Jason Holder, the captain of the West Indies ODI team, was by and large the leading pacer for his side in the recently concluded ODI tri-series. He was spot on with his lengths and bowled highly economical spells throughout, erring very rarely.

The kind of form he is in, he is surely a player to watch out for. Despite batting in the lower order, Holder has the ability to score big runs and can strike the long ball right from the word go.

However, he hasn’t been given too many opportunities in the national team in the shortest format and has only 4 T20Is to his name. In a bid to make it to the national team, the CPL 2016 could well serve as the ideal ground for his purpose. Expect Holder to perform well this season!
