Ability Games ties up with Shakib Al Hasan for a new venture

Ability Games has tied up with Bangladesh cricket’s biggest name, Shakib Al Hasan, to form a company called Innovative Sports and Gaming Technology (ISGT) in the country. The main aim of this company is to provide a plethora of new-age skills for various games, with a special focus on cricket. Ability Games mainly focuses on designing and distributing innovative software products.

Innovative Sports and Gaming Technology will be rolling out Fantasy Cricket in Bangladesh, under the name of 11wickets.com.bd, which will almost be similar to 11wickets.com, a product that is offered by Ability Games in India. 11Wickets is India’s fastest growing Fantasy platform which allows fans to enjoy the sports while using their skills.

The main motive of this company is to be the leader in the online games segment in Bangladesh. Apart from just fantasy sports, the ISGT is also aiming to be a leader in a number of offerings in Bangladesh in the future.

Shakib Al Hasan is a leading name in the world of cricket

As mentioned before, the company will tie up with Bangladesh cricketing legend, Shakib Al Hasan. Shakib has been the face of Bangladesh cricket for almost a decade and a half and is one of the greatest all-rounders of the modern era.

The left-hander has scored close to 4000 Test runs for Bangladesh and has also picked up 210 wickets for his country in the whites. The cricketing legend has also scored 6436 runs in the ODI format and has scalped a stunning 266 wickets in ODI cricket as well. The 34-year-old is also the highest wicket-taker for the Bangladeshi Tigers in T20I cricket and has taken 92 wickets.

Shakib also created a special milestone during the 2019 ODI World Cup and became the first and only Bangladesh batsman to aggregate more than 600 runs in a single World Cup edition. He pummeled 606 runs in the multi-nation tournament and scored his runs at an average of 86.57.

Shakib is the co-founder in ISGT and will also be the face of 11Wickets and other products of ISGT in Bangladesh as a Brand Ambassador.
