While the pandemic continues to roar all across the world loudly, it has been a tough time for the Indian cricket fans to stay away from international cricket for the past eight months. Although the Indian Premier League turned out to be a major breather, the India tour of Australia will help them heave a sigh of relief.

Virat Kohli and his troops are expected to go all guns blazing against the mighty Australians in the latter home’s turf. Team India will be going ahead on the back of some brilliant brand of cricket put forward by them in the last tour back in 2018-19.

Winning the Test series and ODIs along with drawing the T20I series, the Indian cricket team stamped their authority on Australian soil. Amidst the silenced stands, the heavyweights are set to lock horns against each other with the limited-overs format from November 27.

On that note, this article attempts to shed light on the top five Indian players who can turn the spotlight on them after the end of the T20I series. Notably, the T20I squad of the Indian team boasts of various rookies who are waiting to take guards against the Australians.

So, without any further ado, let’s check out the names of the India cricketers:

1. T Natarajan

The Tamil Nadu based speedster has been in incredible form of late. The lanky youngster plied his trade for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the recently concluded cricketing carnival. Taking the cricketing fraternity by sheer surprise, the fast-seamer grabbed 16 wickets in as many matches. Bowling at an economy of 8.2, he emerged as the skipper’s go-to person in the death overs.

Talking about his domestic season, he has grabbed 35 crucial breakthroughs out of the 38 outings in T20s. Natarajan is currently busy with the Indian team in Australia. The uncapped Indian pacer has been named in the squad in place of the injured Varun Chakravarthy. Eventually, it will be exciting to watch the Young Turk taking on the lethal Australians on the bouncy pitches.

The young budding talent will don the national jersey only to cement his position in the team. Eventually, Virat Kohli and the team management must be looking forward to marshalling the young gun in the middle overs. Bowling alongside the likes of Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami, he will learn to polish his craft in the coming days.
