With 610 runs in 34 matches, at a strike rate of 119.14, Callum Ferguson is nothing short of a grab for any franchise. The reliable batsman has previously been a part of the Adelaide Strikers and spent 3 seasons at the Melbourne Renegades before switching over this season to the Sydney Thunder.

Thunder team director said:

“Callum is one of the most talented batsman in Australia,” said Sydney Thunder Director of Cricket Michael Hussey. “He’s been one of our main targets throughout the off-season and we know that there was a lot of competition for his signature. Callum brings a lot of experience and has played at the very highest level, we’re all very excited to welcome him to the club.”
