Perth Scorchers climbed on to the 2nd place in the points table after defeating the Brisbane Heat by 59 runs at the Docklands Stadium. Colin Munro led the charge of the Scorchers with a 54-ball 82 which included five fours and four maximums. Munro’s knock played a key role in getting the Scorchers to finish with 174/5. The Brisbane team got starts from their top-order as they scored 46 runs in the first five overs and moved to 96/3 by the 12th over.
