Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan names his favourite cricketer

Bollywood and Cricket are two industries which are related to each other. The Indian Premier League (IPL) brought them together even more with the likes of Shah Rukh Khan and Preity Zinta owning a couple of franchises. The bonding has ever since been great and no wonder that the actors follow cricket passionately like the crazy fans. Meanwhile, the budding or rather the star actor Kartik Aaryan has also expressed his love towards the game in interaction with his fans and the followers.

Kartik has emerged as a superstar over the last few years in the industry and is one of the top actors these days. His upcoming movie ‘Luka Chupi’ is set to hit the theatres on March 1 in which the actor has shared the screen alongside Kriti Sanon. Recently, Kartik, on his official Twitter handle, decided to answer a few questions from the fans and urged them to ask with the #AskKartik and it went trending from the word go.

Kartik Aaryan was delighted to witness so many questions and also answered a few of the tricky ones smartly as well. In the meantime, one of the fans tried to check his cricketing knowledge and asked him who is his favourite cricketer and Kartik was prompt in taking the name of the Indian captain Virat Kohli who has been piling on the records in his already illustrious career. Kartik’s pick also doesn’t come as a surprise here.

As far as Kohli is concerned, he is currently spending some valuable time with his wife Anushka Sharma. He was rested from the last two ODIs against New Zealand and will also be away from the three-match T20I series against the Kiwis which is set to commence on February 6. He is expected to be back in action for the home series against Australia later this month.
