The left-arm all rounder from Bangladesh will be another big name in the auctions. After serving a one year ban, Shakib Al Hasan will be an integral part of IPL Auctions 2021. Shakib last played IPL for Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2019.

Overall, Shakib Al Hasan has been a consistent performer with the bat as well as the ball in IPL. He has scored 750 runs in the IPL at an average of 21 and a strike rate of 126. With the ball, he has taken 60 wickets in 63 matches with a decent economy rate.

Shakib ticks all the boxes a player possibly can which means he will bag a few bids. In Sunrisers Hyderabad, he couldn’t get regular chances because of the overseas limit. However, teams like Kings XI Punjab and Rajasthan Royals could well use his services to strengthen their middle order.
