Pravin Amre did not have a lengthy international career, but he finished with an average of 42.50 in Test cricket after playing 11 matches. He also played 37 ODIs, but his average was a meagre 20.50. However, the right-handed batter's sound technique helped him score close to 6,000 runs in first-class cricket at an average of 48.86. He has coached many teams and helped several top batters get rid of technical flaws. Ajinkya Rahane, Robin Uthappa, Suresh Raina, and Prithvi Shaw are some of the notable cricketers who have benefited from Amre's suggestions.
