1. Abhishek Sharma (India)

Indian opener Abhishek Sharma has been a revelation for the Men in Blue. He is known for his aggressive style and explosive batting, providing quick starts in the powerplay, easing the pressure on the middle-order batters. In India’s opening match against the UAE, he scored 30 runs off just 16 balls, a quick fire innings that helped set the tone despite a modest team total. He followed it up against Pakistan with 31 runs from a mere 13 deliveries, once again maintaining an exceptional strike rate.
In the clash against Oman, Sharma’s 38 runs from 15 balls further highlighted his ability to turn the momentum in India’s favour. Across the three group matches, his strike rate remained above 200. However, his most outstanding performance came against arch-rivals Pakistan in the Super Four clash, where he smashed 74 runs off 39 balls. Currently, he is the leading run-scorer of the tournament with 173 runs, consistently carrying India forward.
