4. Chris Gayle (2011 and 2012) - Retired from all cricket

Chris Gayle has been one of the prominent figures in West Indies cricket and has had one of the most prominent IPL careers. Gayle had one of his best seasons with the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and became the first player to win two back-to-back orange caps in 2011 and 2012. The Universe Boss scored 608 runs in 2011 and 733 runs in 2012, establishing himself as an RCB legend.
Though Gayle has not been part of many competitive cricket leagues, he has been a part of exhibition tournaments that features retired cricketers. Apart from that, he has been seen in the music scene where he has released some reggae and hip-hop songs and has collaborated with top global musicians. He also served as the ambassador of the 2024 T20 World Cup, which India won under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma.
