1. Daniel Sams

Daniel Sams has been a consistent performer in the T20 circuit. The 30-year-old has featured in 109 games in the shortest format and bagged 124 scalps at an economy of 8.74. On the batting front, he has smashed 1042 runs at a stunning strike rate of 153.91.

Mumbai Indians signed the left-arm pacer at the 2022 mega auction to provide depth to the side. Sams did a decent job with the ball bagging 13 wickets in 11 matches at an economy of 8.81. However, he was quite mediocre with the bat and managed to score mere 38 runs at a strike rate of 105.56. MI decided not to reinvest in the ace all-rounder for the 2023 season and released him ahead of the forthcoming auction.

Sams has the ability to bowl at any phase of the game and is a ferocious striker of the cricket ball. His batting might was on display at the Hundred 2022 competition, where he smashed 105 runs in five innings at an insane strike rate of 190.90. The Australian all-rounder provides balance to any side with his all-round prowess and thus, many franchises will look to include him in their arsenal.
