Australia will square off with West Indies in the second T20I of the two-match series on Friday (October 7) at the Gabba in Queensland. The Men in Yellow scampered to a win in the first game but it could have been a different story had the West Indies side held on to their catches in the final over.
The Australian side will be quite happy with their skipper Aaron Finch back among the runs and he could slot into the middle-order with plenty of options to open the innings. Mitchell Starc looked in good rythym with the ball and the side will be hoping that Glenn Maxwell and Tim David unleash their full potential in the upcoming fixture.
On the other hand, West Indies looked good in different parts of the game and the bowling department looked quite formidable in a low scoring affair. The Nicholas Pooran-led side will look into individuals to take responsibilities and not give away the good starts which was prominent in the first T20I.

AUS vs WI Probable Top Performers
Probable best batter
Mitchell Marsh was back in the playing XI after returning from injury but he could not make much of an impact in the first T20I. The right-hander has got the ability to turn the game around with his enormous ball striking abilities and his form will be crucial to Australia's plans in the T20 World Cup.
Probable best bowler
Josh Hazlewood picked three big wickets in the previous game and proved why he is the number one ranked bowler in T20Is. The Australian seamer has been hitting the tough lengths for the batters and his extra bounce has always surprised the batter. With the quality he has got, West Indies will find things tough against Hazlewood once again.
