India and England are facing each other in the second semi-final of the ongoing T20 World Cup 2022 at Adelaide Oval on Thursday (November 10). India won four of their five Super 12 fixtures to top the Group 2 with eight points while England finished in the second spot in Group 1 with three wins.

England's team are yet to put in their best showing in the tournament and have struggled for dominating wins. They lost against Ireland on the D/L method and won against Sri Lanka while chasing a low 142-run target with just two balls remaining. Alex Hales is leading the scoring chart for England with 124 runs from four innings and Sam Curran has been excellent with a bowl with ten wickets.

Dawid Malan, England’s highest-ranked batter in ICC T20I chart, scored crucial 35 runs against Ireland but suffered a minor injury while fielding against Sri Lanka. He is also missing the semi-final clash against India for the same reason.

Hardik Pandya is a fantastic all-rounder: Dawid Malan

Malan, brand ambassador for AVRPAY, revealed that Hardik Pandya could be the most dangerous batter for India ahead of the semi-final clash on Thursday. He praised the Indian star for his contribution with both bat and ball and termed him as a fantastic all-rounder. Living up to the potential, the man smashed a brilliant 63 in the semi-final helping India to post 168 runs on the board batting first.

“At the moment and considering the current form, I think Hardik Pandya could be the most dangerous, he bats, bowls, and fields and is a fantastic all-rounder,” Dawid Malan said while speaking with AVRPAY News.

Malan also named Bhuvneshwar Kumar when asked about the Indian bowler he would be weary of facing. Bhuvneshwar won the player of the series award when both teams faced in the three-match T20I series in July this year. "I'll say if ball swings as it did which Bhuvneshwar bowled against us recently so he can be difficult to face," Malan added.
